Help to keep all of Carved Axe Throwing equipment in good condition during your stay.
We do not permit outside axes or weapons due to our insurance policy. Participants must use axes that are provided here at Carved Axe Throwing.
Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Participants must throw overhand only, one or two hand throwing is permitted.
Two people may be throwing at a time. For your safety, at no time are participants allowed to retrieve axes until after both participants have thrown.
Red Throw Line: Participants may not pass the red line at any time while axes are in play.
Stay in your own throwing lane.
Close toed shoes must be worn by participants at all times for safety. No heels!
Misconduct will not be tolerated. At any time if staff feel participants are not following the rules they will be asked to leave. No refund will be issued in this case.
No hard alcohol or drugs permitted. Bringing your own Food and Beverages (no alcohol) is permitted with your per hour stay and/or group. Pack it in, Pack it out.
Should it happen, please report injuries to staff immediately.
Can I bring my own axe?No, for insurance purposes, only axes supplied by Carved Axe Throwing will be permitted.
Is the sport of Axe Throwing safe? Yes, Axe Throwing is a very safe sport! All participants will have a safety briefing with our trained staff before playing.
What is the Dress Code? You can come dressed as you please including flannel! Shoes: Only closed toed shoes are allowed; however, no high heels!
How old do I have to be to play? Participants must be 16 years of age or older.
How do you play? The axe thrower will line up at the throwing line which is 12 feet from the target. You throw the axe at the target, and then aim for whichever points you are going for. Whoever has the highest score wins. It’s similar to darts, but with axes.
Can people come and watch Axe Throwing? Non-throwers are allowed to come watch; however, each spectator will be required to sign a waiver and pay the $15 hourly charge. They must also meet the minimum age requirements.
Do you take Walk-Ins? Walk-ins are available first come first serve basis depending on lane availability. Sessions start on the hour. Carved Axe Throwing highly recommends that you book a lane online to guarantee a spot.
Food & Beverage
Can I bring my own alcohol? We allow BYOB (beer and wine only) for participants age 21 years or older. There is a two beverage maximum per person per hour. No hard alcohol permitted. No underage drinking allowed. Anyone showing signs of intoxication will be asked to leave immediately. No minors are permitted in lanes or bays where alcohol is present.
Do you serve food? We will have some light snacks and non-alcoholic beverages for sale. Feel free to bring in your own food as well! Pack it in, pack it out.
Parking
Is parking available? There are plenty of parking spaces available.
Policies
Cancellation Policy: No refunds or rescheduling will be permitted. Sessions start on the hour. Please be on time! If Carved Axe has to cancel an event, you will be refunded within five business days of the event date.
Waiver Policy: Please show up 15 minutes early prior to your session beginning with signed waiver in hand. All participants must complete and sign liability waiver. Players must be over the age of 16 to play. Participants under the age of 18 must have parent or legal guardian complete and sign the liability waiver for them play.

Do you take checks and credit cards? Yes, we accept credit cards or cash. No checks will be accepted.
